General Q&A regarding solicitation FA857125Q0012
1) Could you confirm, is “Section 1.3, Training” of the PWS required?
Answer: Yes, it is required
2) If yes, may you please add / can we quote this as CLIN: 0004 (Training) in our Solicitation response, to cover that item requested?
Answer: We are fine with it being on a separate CLIN.
3) Is it our Safety Plan?
Answer: Yes, a copy must be sent to our Safety office (listed on the CDRL) one time.
4) The Accident/ Incident report – that form (it details collection estimated 110 hours, per response!) that form we’d only file in a case of Accident/Incident. That would only be for such case of an accident/ incident though, right?
Answer: The Accident/Incident Report is for IF something happens. It is only needed when something happens while they are on base.
