Purchase Description

581Prepreg Adhesive

1 February 2016

1.0. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide to the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group

(CMXG), Robins Air Force Base, four hundred (400) lnyds of 581 Prepreg Adhesive Fabric used to repair the Combat Talon II Radom.

1.1. Materials.

Prepreg:

38” 581 QUARTZ II 9779

FCE722

FCE722 Epoxy Impregnated Quartz Fabric, Style 581

400 lnyds

1.2. The prepreg adhesive rolls shall include the following.

1.2.1. Style 581 certified to the 205A422 style

1.2.2. Between 36-48 inch rolls

1.2.3. Have the same resin system

1.2.4. Double Poly adder

1.2.5. Temperature recorder inside shipping unit

1.2.6. Package with dry ice

1.3. Delivery shall be completed within 14 – 16 weeks of contract award.

2.0 DELIVERY: The Contractor shall provide delivery to the following address:

2.1 The contractor shall insert a certificate of conformance (CDRL A001, Certificate of Compliance, DI-MISC-81356A) in the shipment.

3.0 GENERAL INFORMATION

3.1 Green Procurement Program (GPP): The Contractor shall comply with the Green Procurement Program in accordance with Federal (EO 13423) and DoD and AF (GPP) policy. Green Procurement is the purchase of environmentally preferable products and services.
