Validation/Verification, or Physical and Configuration Audit.

After we (the 407 SCMS at Robins AFB) accept the Test Report and before the final production run I (Jonathan Ellis, the 407 SCMS Electronics Engineer) will need 2 piece parts (an initial production run (these count as part of the production run, which is a quantity of 9)) delivered to me. One or both piece parts will be installed on the NHA, the IF PREAMPLIFIER CCA, A4A1, PN 2251-10715-501 (this CCA has mirrored circuits, 2 Amplifiers per CCA (in the U1 and U25 positions on the CCA)). The NHA for the IF PREAMPLIFIER CCA is the IF PREAMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY, A4, PN 2251-10710-501, NSN 5998-01-228-3868.

If the IF PREAMPLIFIER CCA passes the ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) IAW Section 7.12 of TO 11B34-2-9-3 performed by the technician on the Robins AFB Repair Line, the IF PREAMPLIFIER CCA with the received piece parts will be installed on the End Item, the RADAR RECEIVER TRANSMITTER (RTM), RT-1441/APQ-166, PN 2251-10000-501, NSN 1280-01-228-3930. If the RTM passes the ATP IAW Chapter 7 of TO 11B34-2-9-2 performed by the technician on the Robins AFB Repair Line, acquisition of the remaining production run will be initiated. If the 2 piece parts from the initial production run fail either ATP due to the Amplifier in question a resolution to resolve the design issue will have to be reached, and the process repeated.
