1. Question: Is there an estimated timeline for an award? Additionally, in the solicitation it was written, “Subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, the Contractor agrees to hold its offered prices firm for 240 days.” Since we are well beyond 240 days, will an amendment be published to allow bidders to update their offered prices?
Answer: Currently, there is not an estimated timeline for award. However, once evaluations are concluded, all offerors in the competitive range will be afforded the opportunity to review and update their price proposal as applicable when discussions are opened.
