This document provides responses to questions regarding solicitation number FA8523-19-R-0030 from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center Robins Air Force Base. 1. Is this a new requirement, or is there a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services. If available, please provide the incumbent contractor and contract number.

Government Response: There is no incumbent contractor, as this requirement represents a new acquisition with no direct purchase history. However, previous contracts have been awarded to Dynetics (CAGE: 7L855) for the development of prototypes for these products and the necessary accompanying maintenance, which include HHM402-15-D-0004, orders 0036, 0093, and 0094.

2. Is there any electronic test equipment involved with this effort?

Government Response: There is no Test, Measure, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) involved with this effort.
