About this file
This DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, outlines classified information handling requirements for a contract to repair AN/ALQ-172(V) electronic countermeasures systems. The contractor will have access to confidential and secret information, perform work at its own facility, and may receive critical information covered by a separate addendum. The security classification guide dates to February 2018. The contracting government activity is the Air Force Sustainment Center and the cognizant security office is 78th Air Base Wing.
The related solicitation seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for electron tubes used in AN/ALQ-172 countermeasures systems aboard B-52H, MC-130H, and AC-130U aircraft. The base year quantity is 60 tubes totaling $2 million with 4 option years of 58, 60, 60, and 60 tubes respectively. The solicitation will post to FBO on December 4th, 2020 with a response due January 3rd, 2021 and contemplates sole-source award to CPI as the only source for proprietary data to support the effort.
