About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Air Force Support Equipment - Automatic Test organization at Robins Air Force Base for repair services of a blower assembly used in aircraft ground testing. The RFQ number is FA8517-26-Q-0002, issued by contracting officer Teresa C. Morris. This is not a small business set-aside.
The solicitation establishes a Requirements-type contract for a basic 12-month ordering period plus four optional 12-month ordering periods (five years total). The primary deliverable is repair services for NSN 4920-01-111-6824 RN blower assembly (manufacturer part numbers 75-4012GH9-466 and 89162-204), which enables ground testing of aircraft to ensure there is no excessive cabin pressure leakage. Best Estimated Quantities are set at 10 units per ordering period, though actual orders may exceed or fall below this amount. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to DLA Distribution Warner Robins at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, with F.O.B. Origin. Unit prices must be provided for firm fixed price repairs under CLIN 0001 for the basic period and corresponding CLINs for each option period (1001, 2001, 3001, 4001). Additional data deliverables are required, including Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) reporting, Contract Depot Maintenance (CDM) monthly production reports, and Government Property annual inventory reports. Inspection and acceptance occur at origin. The contract includes standard FAR and DFARS clauses covering representation and certifications, cybersecurity requirements (NIST SP 800-171), government property management, payment procedures via WAWF, and priority rating for national defense use. Quotations must include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and contractors must hold offered prices firm for 30 days.

In accordance with FAR 16.503(c), this is to advise that failure of the Government to furnish Government property items in the amount or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract.

The resulting contract will be for a Basic 12 month ordering period with four (4) twelve (12) month ordering periods:
CLIN 000X Basic Ordering Period shall be in effect from the effective date of award for a period of 12 months.
CLIN 10XX Ordering Period I is the 12 month period immediately following the Basic OrderingPeriod.
CLIN 20XX Ordering Period II is the 12 month period immediately following Ordering Period I.
CLIN 30XX Ordering Period III is the 12 month period immediately following Ordering Period II.
