About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document dated 29 June 2026 Part 2 addressing inquiries regarding drawing specifications for a federal contract opportunity related to Strategic Ground Sensors.

The document clarifies that Raytheon Source Control Drawing No. B5148656 is classified as a Source Control Drawing (SCD) rather than a Technical Data Package (TDP). The Contracting Officer, Brandon A. Jones (NH-03, DAF) from AFLCMC/ESGK-R, confirms that the drawing included at the end of the SCD contains all information necessary to manufacture the assembly. The response indicates that any specific missing information can be addressed through additional questions and will be researched if needed. No timeline is provided for TDP availability prior to a future solicitation, nor is an earlier provision date confirmed for vendors seeking to review documentation sooner.
