PURCHASE DESCRIPTION
Project Name: Purchase Chillers
Date: 5/6/2024
1.0 DESCRIPTION. This is a brand name requirement for a Contractor to provide Carrier Chillers for 78th CEOER; at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.
1.1 Deliverables.:
The Contractor shall provide the following items:
B85:
· 1 - 30RC-040631-6--13 Carrier 40 Ton Air Cooled Chiller
· Must have following specifications:
· 460V-3phase-60Hz
· HGBP Variable Speed Condenser Fans, Std Compressor
· Micro Channel Condenser Coil
· Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) Evaporator, Heater, MCHX
· Single Pump, No VFD, 7.5 HP Hydronic Pump Package
· Low Sound
· Single Point, Std SCCR(10kA)
· PIC6, BACnet IP/MSTP
· Hail Guards Only
· 2 – Chilled Water Coils
· 2 stacked CW Coils with same End Connections
B2336:
· 1 – 30RC-0726S-15-7-2 Carrier 72 Ton Air Cooled Chiller
· Must have following specifications:
· 460V-3phase-60Hz
· Fixed Speed Condensor Fans
· Micro Channel Condenser Coil
· Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) Evaporator, Heater, Suction Service Valve
· Single Point, Std SCCR, 7” Display
· PIC6, BACnet IP, Remote Connectivity
· CFSP, Coil Trim Planels (CT Panels) For any discrepancies between the Model # and the provided Specifications, the Model # should take precedence as the required specification.

2.1.2 Delivery Requirement
Due to RAFBs Crane currently being inoperable, contractor will need to have necessary equipment to unload chillers at delivery site
