Combined Synopsis/Solicitation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a request for quotation (RFQ): The Contractor shall provide a service plan for an Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) analyzer, which includes an ICP iCAP 7400 Duo Full MFC part number BRE0002950, an Autosampler ASX‐520, and a Water Bath/Heater ThermoFlex 900 part number 1011030100003. The contractor shall provide all management, parts, materials, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary for calibration and repair. The service plan shall include yearly scheduled preventative maintenance and unlimited on‐demand on‐site corrective maintenance (as needed). This effort will result in a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year plus four (4) 1‐year options. Please see the Performance Work Statement for a complete description of the service plan requirements.

Responses should include: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage Code and Business Size under NAICS Code 811219 . Responses should follow the requirements and acknowledge if they meet or exceed the requirements. Responses should be in a word, excel or pdf format to ensure they can be evaluated properly.
Be advised all firms must be registered and current through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/ to receive a Government contract and to receive payment.
The offer shall include enough information so the Government can determine if the minimum requirements of this acquisition will be met. The offeror with the lowest price that meets the specifications will be awarded the contract. All costs should show a breakdown of how the cost is calculated so the Government may make a determination of fair and reasonableness.
