Question #ReferenceDiscussionQuestion/CommentSensitivityGovernment Response
PPI ToolIs it necessary to retype all the data from Past Performance contracts that currently exist in the PPIRS website through CPAR to the Microsoft Access file?Non-SensitiveIf offeror has information in other documents or systems that will be beneficial or required to include in the PPI Tool, the offeror may Copy and Paste that information into the PPI tool or retype it.
PPI ToolHow do we submit the Past Performance data that is currently in the PPIRS website to the Access document without retyping everything?Non-SensitivePlease see Government Response to Question #1.
PPI ToolIs it advisable to submit the Contract Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR) in addition to the the PPI documents in Microsoft Access?Non-SensitivePlease see Section L paragraph 5.1. Offerors are only required to submit information generated in the PPI Tool as their Past Performance Volume. Offerors are not required to submit other forms such as Contract Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR). Offerors should also ensure they are adhering to the page limits for each volume IAW Section L paragraph 3.9.
PPI ToolThe PPI Tool file will not open on my computer. Please advise.Non-SensitiveThe Government tested the PPI Tool file and it does open. Please ensure that you have Microsoft Access on your computer. This is the most common error that offerors encounter.
PPI ToolWe do not have this Microsoft Access database. We would have to purchase and download it. However it is $100/ month. We were just wondering if there was another way to submit our past performance reviews. There is a free 30 day trial, we could do that, however would we need to access this often? And if we canceled after the 30 days, would the information that we provided you disappear?Non-SensitiveThe Government has to have the Past Performance information submitted via the Microsoft Access database tool that you will put on a CD-R and submit with your package. The information that you create in the PPI Tool is what you will print and submit as a part of your Past Performance volume. You should only need the tool for the next 60 days. Less if the information is submitted correctly and it doesn't have to be re-submitted. Please ensure you read the instructions carefully.
