About this file
This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Reentry Vehicle Integration Support issued by the Department of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Kirtland Air Force Base.
The Government seeks Reentry Vehicle Integration Support (RVIS) for the successful integration of the Mk21 Reentry Vehicle (RV) and W87-0 onto the new Sentinel Weapon System (WS), which will replace the Minuteman III system. Collaboration with the Government, Design Agent (Northrop Grumman), and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is required. The Sentinel WS comprises four major sections: Air Vehicle Equipment (AVE), Weapon System Command and Control (WSC2), Launch Systems, and Training, with the Mk21 RV serving as a component of the Payload Re-entry System (PRS) subsystem.
