About this file
This document is an Entry Authority List (EAL) for a company visiting restricted and controlled areas at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The EAL outlines specific access permissions for team members, detailing authorized entry levels for various protection zones including Navy OPCON, North and South Ramps, Tinker Command Post, and other controlled areas.
Key restrictions include prohibitions on cameras and picture-taking in controlled areas, with cell phones not allowed in Navy areas. Individuals must have valid identification such as an AF Restricted Area Badge, DD Form 2/2 AF/Common Access Card, or government-issued photo ID to gain entry. The document includes a privacy act statement indicating that social security numbers may be used for individual identification, and that disclosure of required information is voluntary but necessary to enter designated areas. The EAL is part of a specific federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number FA813725R0035) for repairing a fire suppression system in Building 2280 at Tinker Air Force Base, which is limited to MAC BOA Holders.
