About this file

This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Standard Form 1449) issued by the U.S. Air Force for a UniWest Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

The acquisition establishes a firm-fixed-price BPA under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Commercial Items procedures for UniWest Support items in accordance with an item list (Product Service Code 6680). The solicitation is issued by FA8125 AFSC PZIMA at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, with a solicitation issue date of 18 August 2026 and an order due date of 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns and is designated as an unrestricted acquisition (100% for North American Industry Classification System 334519). The BPA has a five-year effective period from the effective date with a total value not to exceed $5.2 million, with individual call limits of $3 million and no minimum purchase requirement. Authorized personnel may place calls against the BPA, with rotate calls distributed among BPA holders to ensure approximately equal dollar amounts, and the Government reserves the right to issue calls directly to any BPA holder or withhold calls to ensure equitable distribution. All items shall be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK (OC-CALC/OBCB, Commodities Team, 3001 Staff Drive, Door G70, Post N68, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-3303) unless otherwise specified on individual calls. Invoicing must be submitted through the Wide Area Workflow (WAAWF) system using cost vouchers for cost-type line items and invoices with receiving reports for fixed-price line items. The solicitation incorporates multiple FAR and DFARS clauses by reference, including provisions addressing small business subccontracting limitations, ozone-depleting substances, item unique identification, payment instructions, representations and certifications, and prohibited acquisition restrictions. Award will be made to vendors with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) meeting solicitation requirements, and the Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges, award to multiple contractors, or enter into sole source agreements based on quotation quality, prices, and fund availability.
