The IUID requirements are per MIL-STD-130N and in accordance with DFARS 252.211-7003 for $5,000 or more which allows for equivilants for commercial items - The commercial unique identifiers meeting these criteria that the Department recognizes as DoD IUID equivalents are the:

| 21 | Page 8, Subparagraph 1.19, A006: Propose optional wording as access to CEMS requires higher level clearances from the USAF. Per CEMS Security, the following are required for contractor access: |

All required documents can be obtained from CEMS Security at (CEMS.PMO.Security@us.af.mil).

| 23 | DLA has left the door open for a split award on the F108 Augmentation program, with one of the reasons being to ensure there is viable industrial base that is being developed to provide long term F108 sustainment. Was curious if USAF would take the same approach on this upcoming program. | No, it is the governments intent to make a single award. |
| 24 | Can you tell me if USAF would support/allow any Mod 14 work to be performed outside of North America, specifically in Europe, and specifically in Poland? The shop is part of our GE network. | Though Poland is covered under the list of country's approved under the Buy American Act per DFARS 225.872-1, the government would need more information to fully answer this question. What is the relationship of the Contractor to/with the foreign entity? Is the Foriegn entity an approved source of supply? Is the foriegn entity FAA 45 certified? what amount of work/supply will be provided by the foreign entity (See DFARS 225.1(a) and following). How will Inport and Export of goods be conducted? What is the location for Acceptance and Inspection? There may be a requirement for Security Inspection of the Foreign place of manufacturing after the above is addressed. |
