PART I - THE SCHEDULE
SECTION B
SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
The anticipated period of performance is a three (3) Year Basic Ordering period for the major overhaul for the F107 2nd Stage Turbine Nozzle specified in the schedule and as outlined in the attachments thereto. The best estimated quantity (BEQ) set forth for each line item is the estimated total quantity the Government expects to order over the applicable ordering period of the contract.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver to the Government the services and supplies necessary to perform the following in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained in this solicitation. Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the schedule will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price. Condemned items will not be counted as production.
DELIVERY: As mentioned above, the BEQs set forth in Section B of this solicitation represent the estimated total quantities the Government expects to generate and place orders for the major overhaul.
Each line item in Section B lists the BEQs for each NSN for the specified ordering periods; although the actual Delivery Schedule will be established on each issued Delivery Order. Early deliveries are encouraged and acceptable.
NOTES:
1. IUID is required on items in which the unit price is $5,000 or greater (IAW DFARS 211.274-5).
2. The contractor will furnish all facilities, labor, tooling, material and equipment to accomplish the repair and reporting and return to the Government in a completely serviceable condition the items listed below, all in accordance with the provisions hereof and the Performance Work Statement.
3. Some units of items listed below may, upon disassembly and/or inspection, be determined to be beyond repairable limits specified in the work specification and/or technical orders. Any cost for work performed by the Contractor, prior to determination that such equipment is beyond repairable limits, shall be included in the unit price(s) of the listed item(s). CONDEMNED UNITS WILL NOT BE COUNTED AS PRODUCTION. In addition, some units of items listed below may, upon disassembly and/or inspection, be determined no repair is required. Any cost for work performed by the Contractor, shall be included in the Tunit price.
4. GOVERNMENT PROPERTY FURNISHED FOR REPAIR/OVERHAUL (IAW 16.503(c)) Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract.

SECTION F
DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE
52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY (JUN 1997)
(IAW FAR 11.404(a)(2))
(a) The Government requires delivery to be made according to the following schedule:
DELIVERY FOR EACH ITEM IS ANNOTATED IN THE SCHEDULE (PART I SECTION B) UNDER EACH LINE ITEM.
The Government will evaluate equally, as regards time of delivery, offers that propose delivery of each quantity within the applicable delivery period specified above. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable required delivery period specified above, will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The Government reserves the right to award under either the required delivery schedule or the proposed delivery schedule, when an offeror offers an earlier delivery schedule than required above. If the offeror proposes no other delivery schedule, the required delivery schedule above will apply.
ANNOTATE YOUR PROPOSED DELIVERY, IF ANY, UNDER THE GOVERNMENT’S DELIVERY SET FORTH UNDER EACH ITEM IN THE
SCHEDULE.
(b) Attention is directed to the Contract Award provision of the solicitation that provides that a written award or acceptance of offer mailed, or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, results in a binding contract. The Government will mail or otherwise furnish to the offeror an award or notice of award not later than the day award is dated. Therefore, the offeror should compute the time available for performance beginning with the actual date of award, rather than the date the written notice of award is received from the Contracting Officer through the ordinary mails. However, the Government will evaluate an offer that proposes delivery based on the Contractor's date of receipt of the contract or notice of award by adding (1) five calendar days for delivery of the award through the ordinary mails, or (2) one working day if the solicitation states that the contract or notice of award will be transmitted electronically. (The term "working day" excludes weekends and U.S. Federal holidays.) If, as so computed, the offered delivery date is later than the required delivery date, the offer will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
(Applicable when the Government desires delivery by a certain time but requires delivery by a specified later time, and the delivery schedule is to be based on the date of the contract)
