About this file

This document is a presentation for the F100 Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MAC IDIQ) Contract Industry Day, scheduled for 21 May 2025. The program aims to streamline the acquisition process for over 390 F100 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) covering new manufacture, remanufacture, overhaul, and repair for both commercial and non-commercial requirements, supporting U.S. Air Force and Foreign Military Sales needs.

The 10-year contract will feature decentralized ordering through DLA, PZA, and AFLCMC at Tinker, Hill, and Robins centers, with contractors providing ceiling pricing and the ability to adjust rates every two years. The solicitation will include multiple contract awards to both small and other-than-small businesses, with ordering based on fair opportunity proposal requests (FOPR) that can evaluate bids on criteria like price, delivery speed, and past performance. Key benefits include faster award times, increased competition, flexible evaluation methods, and opportunities for small business participation. Interested vendors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to the Tinker AFB Small Business Office and can respond to the current Request for Information (RFI) posted on SAM.gov, with a closing date of 30 May 2025.
