Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

If a DD1348-1 is not included with each returned serviceable asset, DCMA will not sign the DD250.

Note 1: The contractor shall furnish all required labor, direct materials, parts, facilities, test equipment, and services to accomplish repair or condemnation, testing, packaging, preservation, and return to the Government in a completely serviceable condition, the Air Force equipment listed in Schedule B IAW the provisions hereof and the attached Performance Work Statement.

Note 2: Some units of items listed in Section B, may, upon disassembly and/or inspection, be determined to be beyond repairable limits specified in the work specification and/or technical orders.

Any cost for work performed by the Contractor, prior to the determination that such equipment is beyond repairable limits, shall be included in the unit price(s) of the listed item(s).

Condemnations shall be replaced and will not be counted as production. Cost of condemnations will be included in unit prices. Condemnations will not count toward the total deliveries.

Note 3: IUID is applicable and will be marked “IUID Required: Yes” on all items, BUT is NOT required if the unit price is less than $5,000.00 IAW FAR Clause 252.211-7003 Item Usage Identification and Valuation.
