About this file

This document contains a Repair Data List (RDL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The RDL provides technical data and instructions for repairing a Rear Turbine Case Assembly identified by National Stock Number 2840-01-242-8335NZ and Part Number 4062252. It lists relevant documents from the original equipment manufacturer including an illustrated parts breakdown, standard maintenance procedures, nondestructive inspection instructions, and maintenance instructions for depot-level repair.

The sole-source commercial contract opportunity is for Barnes Aerospace to remanufacture F100-PW-220 Rear Turbine Case Assemblies to a serviceable, like-new condition according to the requirements in the Statement of Work and contract terms. The U.S. Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center intends to award this contract due to Barnes Aerospace being the only approved source for this work.
