PART I - THE SCHEDULE

SECTION B

SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS

(a) The contractor will furnish all material, plant facilities, labor, parts, equipment and expertise necessary to perform repair, calibration and functional test required to restore furnished reparables to a serviceable condition. Work is to be accomplished in accordance with attachments and Tech Order Specifications. The contractor shall also accomplish necessary packing, preservation and packaging and return to the Government in completely serviceable condition, at the unit price(s) established at the time of award, the items of Air Force equipment listed below, all in accordance with the provisions hereof and the Work Specifications in Section J hereof.

(b) The Government reserves the right to adjust the stock-list price as reflected in this solicitation either upward or downward at any time prior to or after contract award. This adjustment is not subject to negotiation.

(c) Failure of the Government to furnish such items in the amounts or quantities described in the Schedule as "estimated" or "maximum" will not entitle the contractor to any equitable adjustment in price under the Government Property clause of the contract.

(d) A copy of all DD250/WAWF documents will be sent within two days to the cognizant Production Management Specialist (PMS).

(e) Shipping instructions will be provided to the contractor by phone, fax, e-mail, or other electronic means via the cognizant PMS. If contract transfers to another PMS, that PMS will provide shipping instructions.

(f) GFM will be used by contractor until current consumable GFM is exhausted at which time all material is CFM. GFM will not be replenished by the Government. Once material is used it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to furnish all material (CFM).

(g) Repair Management tasks are independent of the number of repairs. Repair Management will be billed in equal monthly installments per year. STE Maintenance is the minor repair and calibration of STE.

This includes costs to recalibrate currently working STE/ST. This does not include upgrades or new STE.

(h) Any determination of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and Beyond Physical Repair (BPR)or annotated as "G" condition shall be approved by the Production Management Specialist (PMS) with coordination with the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) and notification to the Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO). “Economically Repairable End Items” are defined as end items which can be restored to a serviceable condition, in accordance with applicable requirements, when the cost of the repair will not exceed 75% of the SLP specified in the contract. If the contractor estimates the total cost of the repair of any end items received will exceed the above percentage of the contract, the Contractor shall promptly notify the ACO in writing and shall not perform further services on any such items except at the direction of the ACO. Upon receipt of the written notification that a particular item cannot be repaired, the Contractor shall dispose of the unit in the manner directed by the ACO. Alternately, if in the Contractors estimation, prior to reaching the 75% of the negotiated contract price, a particular asset cannot be repaired, the Contractor shall notify the ACO and recommend an alternate use if applicable or shall request disposition instructions. Payment for this approach shall be treated as an over and above. All dispositions shall be in accordance with the FAR clause 52.245-1 (APR 2012).

(i) A quality system compliant with AS9100, ISO 9001:2008, or ISO 9001:2000 is acceptable.

NOTE: Turn-time shall begin after receipt of modules and receipt of an applicable task/delivery order.

Turn-Time is defined as the number of calendar days from the Module receipt and date of D.O. coverage until QA acceptance in WAWF except as provided below when capacity limitation applies. Excusable Administrative Delays (EAD) shall be determined through coordination with the ACO/ ACO Representative and/or Procurement Contracting Officer (PCO). EAD may occur for various reasons. Contractor is required within seven business days of identification of the delay, to notify the PCO of any discrepancies or other inconsistencies in the applicable contract, task/delivery order or module records that shall prevent or delay of induction. Ophir shall not be required to induct modules in excess of a total of one module of any type per 60-day period. These capacity limits apply to the cumulative total of modules ordered on the contract.

(j) NOTE: Line Item Structure: The Government reserves the right to add Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for additional repairs as needed. Informational SubLine Item Numbers (InfoCLIN) or Sub-Contract Line Item Numbers (SubCLINs) may be established under the CLINs to accommodate various accounting and appropriation data.

(k) All references to “X” in the CLIN represent sequential numbering of the year as follows:

0 = Basic 1 = Option 1

(l) The pricing for the negotiated line items are attached in section G
