About this file

This is a Standard Form 1447 (Solicitation/Contract) for the Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Sustainment Center, seeking remanufacturing services for various aircraft fuel boost pumps. The solicitation (FA811826R0006) is for a 5-year firm fixed-price requirements contract covering fuel boost pumps for KC-135, E-3, E-6, and E-8 aircraft, with specific National Stock Numbers (NSNs). The contract includes a three-year basic period and a two-year option period, with an anticipated sole source award to ITT Aerospace Controls.

The solicitation covers multiple line items for different fuel boost pump variants, with varying quantities across basic and option years. For example, the KC-135 Fuel Boost Pump (NSN 2915-01-452-5123 RK) has a total estimated quantity of 36 units in the basic years, divided into 12 units per year. Delivery requirements specify reparables to be delivered at specific intervals (2 EA every 90 days for KC-135 pumps, 30 EA every 90 days for another variant). The contract includes provisions for "Over and Above" work and is set up as a requirements-type contract, with quality assurance requirements including ISO 9001-2015 and AS9100 standards.
