About this file

This document appears to be a response to a question regarding the pricing matrix in Solicitation FA810624R0003 for the procurement of Aviation Life Support Systems (ALSS), Main Landing Gear (MLG) Doors, and Consumable Parts. The solicitation is a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract set aside for HUBZone small businesses to support the United States Air Force, Navy, and Army at various operating and depot locations.

The key issue raised in the question is that the pricing matrix has locked cells, preventing bidders from indicating price breaks for various quantity tiers. The government's response is that bidders should refer to the updated pricing matrix attachment, which appears to address this concern. The solicitation has a closing date of July 29, 2024, and funds are not currently available, with the government reserving the right to cancel the solicitation.

Question:

1. Attachment 2 – Pricing Matrix Unlocked cells are locked except for columns (h) and (j) – proposed unit prices. With this restriction in the pricing matrix, bidders are unable to insert the adjusted price breaks received for various quantities (tier price breaks) purchased through supply chain agreements. To comply with FAR 52.207-4, how would the Government prefer bidders to indicate the price breaks for affected P/Ns?

Response:

1. Apologies, please see the attached document. (Attachment_2_PRICING_MATRIX_updated29July2024)
