1. Q- Is this a new contract opportunity or a continuation of service from previous contract award? if so, what was the contract number and vendor?

A- Previous award number FA805121F0041

2. Q- Is the physical media and streaming content a requirement for the contract.

A- Yes

3. Q- Is there an expected number of titles to be provided?

A- No, just points to be purchased that can be used to select DVDs, Blu Rays and streaming content.

4. Q- Is the purpose of this solicitation to meet a educational or a entertainment need, or both?

A- Both

5. Q- Is the title selection provided expected to rotate or update on any timeframe?

A- A selection of current titles, consistent with currently available titles from commercial streaming and DVD retailers should be available

6. Is there a curated list of titles required by the individual LRC's or is it open for the Vendor to provide options?

A- No curated list

6. Is there a genre list of content required, i.e., blockbuster, documentaries, TV, etc.?

A- No

7. Are there specific Producers/Studios that are needed, requested, or preferred?

A- No

8. Will this contract award be multi-year and for how long? - the current RFP states only for 1 year of performance.

A- Single year (12-month) contract

9. Who are the end users of the DVD’s, Blu-Ray’s, and streaming content?

A- Servicemembers and their families who have access to the LRC

10. Q- Will the content be needed to be accessed outside the LRC's physical locations?

A- Physical copies of DVDs and Blu Rays should be available for purchase with the points provided by the awardee

11. Q- How many Air Force Libraries Learning Resource Centers are currently active?

A- This requirement only covers one LRC at JBSA Lackland

12. Q- Will the vendor need to ship Internationally or to domestic centralized locations?

A- Only to JBSA Lackland

13. Q- Is the vendor expectation to be integrated with the DoD MWR portal for participant login and verification?

A- No

14. Q- Will the content be used for any type of Public Performance inside the LRC or outside the LRC?

A- No

15. Q- If yes, to question 14, will those screenings or performances be promoted and how will they be promoted?

A- N/A

16. Q- What would be the audience both for on-site, and off-site screenings? Patrons only? Or public also?

A- Only servicemembers and their families who have access to the LRC

17. Q- In the solicitation description, is the “testing preparation portal” the same as the DoD MWR or something else provided by the vendor?
