Synopsis for AAFES UST

This no�ce serves to provide no�fica�on to all small businesses for the upcoming solicita�on for construc�on services. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, and transporta�on to and from the job site for the Construc�on of AAFES Underground Storage Tanks in accordance with the project Statement of Work.

Magnitude of Construc�on for this solicita�on is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.

The North American Industry Classifica�on System (NAICS) code for this project is 237120 (Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construc�on). The Business Size Standard is $45,00,000.00 in average annual receipts for the last three years.

The complete solicita�on package, which includes the Statement of Work and other applicable atachments, will be made available only through the SAM website at www.sam.gov. Anyone wishing to par�cipate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contrac�ng Office. All amendments will be posted on www.sam.gov. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This project will be solicited as a Small Business set-aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Award will be made in accordance with the acquisi�on procedures established in FAR 15.101-2 to the offeror whose evaluated offer/proposal represents the lowest price technically acceptable.

An�cipated issue date for the solicita�on is at least 15 days a�er issuance of this no�ce and can be accessed at the website at sam.gov.

NOTE 1: All prospec�ve contractors must be registered and maintain and “ac�ve” registra�on status in the SAM website at www.sam.gov before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database will cause your firm to be ineligible for any future award.
