RFQ FA700019QA0024
Anonymous Reporting Mobile Application – USAF Academy
1. We are unable to identify the DFARS reference on Page 2 of the combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
"Hosting platform with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Provisional Authority in accordance with DFARS 236.7602-1(b)(1)". Please refer to second link listed on Page 5, Section III of the document FA700019QA0024 Anonymous Reporting Mobile Application Combo to review this DFARS reference.
2. Is the government's intent to purchase a hosted solution or on premise solution? Information will be delivered directly to USAFA personnel and not through a third party. The platform should not require physical equipment to be located or maintained at USAFA.
3. 24/7 Phone based support: What level of 24/7 support is expected? Would Level 1 support for initial troubleshooting and next business day Level 2 support be acceptable? System is for safety and security, so immediate support is required.
4. Can you explain in details what to do mean by Dedicated GIST Engagement partners?
GIST is the acronym for Global Implementation Services Team. Potential contractors will need to provide confirmation that they can provide personnel or resources dedicated to continual process improvement and partner to expand Global Services.
5. In regards to SDK and Native embedding capability, are there specific apps that the government would like to integrate with and what features are required for integrations? The specific applications for embedding have not been fully identified at this time. A potential contractor will need to possess the capability to embed any of their organization’s mobile application characteristics into another mobile application.
6. Single Sign on and identity Management Integration: Is the Single Sign on related to Active Directory or similar systems where all Cadet are connected or Mobile based Single sign on or ability for application to store authentication so that once logged in, they do not need to enter their credentials next time?
A user will be linked to their organization’s login page to allow for Single Sign-On to verify their access to the organization through a third-party federated identity tool.
