Current contractor’s employees have jobs to do please do not interact with them during the course of the tour.

If you are unsure of anything in the requirement ask questions
Estimated Value of requirement: $41.5 M including all reimbursable and O&A requirements.
Options may be exercised unilaterally at the Governments discretion.
Ensure all page limits are adhered to.
Quality Control Plan is not just a regurgitation of the requirements but a specific plan as to how your company will ensure that the required services are provided.
Past Performance evaluation has been waived for this requirement.

Revision 1 of the PWS will be provided via FedBizOps early next week.
Tab A is applicable to all functional Tabs
Government Furnished Property GFP shall be maintained IAW FAR 52.245-1 The contractor’s maintenance program includes the identification, disclosure and performance of normal and routine preventative maintenance and repair.
Included in the maintenance, repair and replacement are all items required to operate GFP.
Any items not listed in the PWS as GFP will not be supplied by the Government.
Special Clauses H-1 Government Furnished Facilities Contractor is required to maintain all Facilities H-2 Natural Disaster/Crisis/ Terrorists Acts Req.
Cost Reimbursable H-3 O&A Work Requirements and Procedure Work not included in the FFP CLINs Must be approved by the CO before performance begins H-4 Rights of the Government to Perform Functions with its Own Personnel Natural Disaster, Crisis, Terrorist Act, Labor Strike Government entitled to Equitable Adjustment
Special Clauses (Continued) H-5 Service Call Subcontracts Labor categories are established in contract Make of Buy analysis required Government will pay the lesser of the two amounts H-6 Reserved H-7 Definition – Direct Parts and Material Not authorized for FFP requirements All parts and materials supplied by the contractor for performance under this contract.
Reimbursement of equipment rental or subcontracts may be allowed if approved in advance.
H-8 Requirements for Data Acceptance Contractor methodology subject to Government approval Must provide complete records upon request H-9 Teaming Arrangements If award is based upon a teaming arrangement the contractor must request approval to deviate from the arrangement H-10 Invoice Requirements Must be submitted by the 15th of each month Can not invoice for partially complete service calls under Tab F
H-11 Contracted Support Activity Inspections The Government reserves the right to conduct evaluations of Contractor compliance with the requirements of the contract H-12 Ceiling Rate for Material Handling Offeror must propose a rate for each performance period.
