13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Attach, or forward under separate correspondence, any documents/guides/extracts referenced herein. Add additional pages as needed to provide complete guidance.)

| guidance: Ref 1b: Safeguarding requirements are only required/authorized at the actual contract performance location: Dobbins ARB, GA 30069. The contractors' facility listed in Block 6a is not authorized to generate or store classified information under this contract. |
Ref 10a: The contractor is governed by NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16, dated August 2005, in the control and protection of COMSEC Material/Information. Access to COMSEC material by personnel is restricted to U.S. citizens holding final U.S. Government clearances. Such information is not releasable.
Ref 10j: Safeguarding "For Official Use Only" (FOUO) - See DD Form 254 Attachment 1 for further guidance.
Ref 11c/11d: Contractor group is designated as an "on-base cleared facility" per AFI 31.601. The on-base cleared facility will operate under the security mandates and requirements of the NISPOM. Contractor will be provided adequate storage for classified hardware to the level of Secret, which exceed two cubic feet but not more than 10 cubic feet. Using activities will provide security classification guidance for performance of this contract.
