FA660625Q0008 Ultrasonic Parts Washer

Question: Is this machine supposed to be made in America, or are there Made in America /Berry amendment compliance provisions?
The Model referenced "Pro 4230LT" appears to not have a "Drain shelf (with flip over lid)" this requirement appears to come from the Pro 4230 (system without a lid). My questions is if the system is required to have a drain shelf and if so should it also be able to support the 500lb max load?
Response: The ultrasonic cleaner is made in the United States. The system does not require a drain shelf. Once the parts are raised out of the ultrasonic cleaning solution, the parts will remain in the basket, draining back into the ultrasonic washer.
Question: What is the size and weight of the largest component to be cleaned in the system?
Response: The longest would be 42 inches, widest 24 inches, heaviest 104 pounds.
Question: Is onsite setup and training required or desired?
Response: Onsite training would be desired, but not required. Due to the fact there is another Pro 4230LT on base, we could be trained by AERO shop.
Question: Is Automatic filling a desired feature? Connected to water supply and automatically maintains and fills system to proper amount.
Response: The automatic filling would be desired, but not necessary the ultrasonic cleaner will be located next to a water source, we will be able to monitor and fill the machine as requirements arise.
Question: If the basket is loaded with heavy parts how is it transferred to the cleaning system? Does the basket require crane lift points? Is there an internal workspace or load requirement for the large parts basket?
Response: Heavy parts will be loaded by hand, and transfered to the cleaning system by two people. The basket does not require crane lift points. We would require a basket to accommodate parts up to 42 inches long and 24 inches wide.
Question: I see casters are noted on the requirements list, as this machine has large heavy moving objects are anchoring brackets required?
Response: Anchoring brackets are not required. We would like to keep the machine on casters, so that we may be able to clean around and under the machine.
