1. Can you please provide the attendee list from the walk-through?

Response: See separate attachment

2. Section 3.6.2 specifies a Windows Server 2016; will this be a Rack Mounted Server, Virtual Machine, Tower Server etc. and will it be maintained at Communications?

Response:

3. Will the BMS Server be on a designated HVAC Network? Who is responsible for Fiber/ Copper Converters and/or Network Drops for required Network Devices?

Response:

4. Section 3.6.4 The existing A/X 3.8xx versions have the capability of operating under an N4 Supervisor, is this acceptable or do new N4 Jace-8000’s need to be provided.

Response:

5. Are there existing photos showing Gas and Electric Meters and any Amperage information?

Response:

Rack mounted, maintained at Communications but maintenance done by CE.

See separate attachment showing representative meters in situ with building number, locational photo (where on building), data plate, and connectivity status - assume no physical connectivity or programming to EMCS for all meters. Amperage and voltage requirements for new meters will be provided.

New N4 JACE-8000s need to be provided to ensure continuity across the installation.

Server will be on a CE COINE V2 network, and all connectivity will be the same as with current JACEs - network drops and necessary converters should not change. If they do, they will be the responsibility of Contractor.
