Question B95 L-1 I.(E)2.(n)(ix), page 170 of 180, Section L instructions indicate that each Volume shall be consecutively numbered with Volume and Page Number except the Technical Capabilities Volume. The Technical Capabilities Volume shall be alpha-numerically numbered by PWS Tab, e.g. A-1, B-1, B-2, etc. If we sort our Volume by Tab, each Section L requirement needs to be individually addressed for each Tab, which will cause a lot of repetition of the same information. On previous similar solicitations the Government allowed that information required in the three Sub-factors (Transition, Quality Control, and Staffing) may be consolidated to avoid redundancy and so the Volume can be numbered consecutively. Please confirm if this applies to the Westover solicitation as well.
Answer B95 - Other than tab A, each tab represents a customer. Each tab must stand alone for review.
Please provide the information in the alpha-numerical numbering requested.

For a contract that shows to have 276 vehicles, the posted man-hours appear very low.
