EXPEDITIONARY CONTRACTING OFFICE

MEMORANDUM FOR INTERESED VENDORS
FROM: ECONS
SUBJECT: Sources Sought-Cellular Services
1 . A United States Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (ECONS) intends to procure Cell Phone services for the United States Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) at an undisclosed location in
Southwest Asia. For details on the specific location, please email the contracting officer at the bottom of the page. We are seeking businesses interested in pursuing this acquisition. We are looking for maximum input from the industry and companies with the capabilities to provide these services. ECONS is requesting interested vendors who can provide Cell Phone service for about 500 personnel to include all, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to repair and maintain service operations to serve in the United States Central
Command (USCENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR). The requested Cell Phone service must include cellular service on base as well as an on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance shop. Provider will be responsible for administrative functions such as managing the cellular account designated to the base including adding and dropping lines with approval.
Contract services are for one base year, and four one-year option periods. The base year is 25
May 2017 to 24 May 2022. The total period of performance including option periods, if exercised, will go through 24 May 2022. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted when it is available for more clarification.
