About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity FA568226QA058 concerning iPad procurement for Aviano Air Force Base.
The document addresses seven key procurement requirements and clarifications. Only US model iPads (specifically model MXNA3LL/A) are acceptable; international models are not permitted. Stock iPads require no modifications, meaning WiFi capabilities, cameras, and microphones should remain intact as received. Color specifications are flexible with no requirement for uniformity across units. The iPads must include 20W USB-C fast charging capability included with the devices. Technical support may be provided telephonically rather than on-site, operating during United States Central Standard Time business hours (0800-1700). Upon delivery, devices will be enrolled with ACC (Air and Space Communications Center) for remote management by the government.
