About this file

This is a Question and Answer (Q&A) document for federal RFQ FA568226QA022 regarding laptop charging cabinets.

Q1 addressed electrical specifications for the required equipment, asking whether the government sought 50Hz, 60Hz, or dual-frequency capability and the voltage requirement (120V vs. 220-240V). A1 clarified that the requirement is for an 11-Drawer LAPTOPLOCK-UP® Model LL-10-07-AL E-Tool Cabinet with updated salient characteristics to be provided as an attachment.

Q2 identified a discrepancy in the solicitation documents between the specifications sheet referencing part number LL-10-07-AL (11-drawer cabinet) and line item 1 stating "10-drawer Charging Cabinets - #LL-10-3.5-ST." A2 clarified the electrical specification as 220-240V with 50-60Hz dual-frequency capability, effectively confirming the requirement specification but not explicitly resolving which part number or drawer configuration was required.
