6 PWS page 6, para 6.1
"6.1 The Contractor is required to travel in support of providing services in other than primary location, and in order to attend conferences and training seminars to maintain knowledge and proficiency of current and best commercial practices, as the Government requests. On average, contract personnel travel 30 business days annually. Trips scheduled are subject to change."

9 PWS, para 4.3.3 Certification
It states, “Master’s degree in athletic training or equivalent obtained in the past ten years from solicitation closing date…”.
Since the position requires at least 4 years’ experience then only those 5 – 9 post graduation would qualify for the position thereby severely restricting the candidate pool. Would the government consider removing this requirement to allow experienced ATCs who earned a master’s degree greater than 10 years ago?
Would a bachelor's degree in athletic training suffice so long as the ATC has a master's degree in another discipline?
10 N/A Who are authorized to bid on this opportunity? Is this applicable for vendors whose companies are registered in Italy only? Or this is also applicable to vendors outside Italy?
11 N/A
If there is an incumbent, is there an incumbent contractor employee whom the awardee should consider for “right of first refusal” (i.e. Non-displacement of Qualified Workers Under Service Contracts)?
N/A Quality Control Plan. Does the Government want a management structure physically located in Europe?
N/A Does the contractor need to have a facilities clearance to submit a proposal for this solicitation?
N/A Does this position provide SOFA Status, or is this contingent upon the candidate?
N/A Are candidate credentials required with the proposal?
N/A Is the candidate required to drive a Government vehicle, or is all travel to be accomplished with a privately owned vehicle?
12 N/A Is there a precise Period of Performance Start date?
13 N/A
Given the time frame necessary to hire and relocate health care professionals from the United States, the time between issuance of this solicitation (29 August) and proposal due date (13 September) is brief. Would the Government consider extending the solicitation due date?

This is only verbiage error, approx 10 years ago, the qualification for Athletic trainer was 4 years Batchelor degree/ then it changed and now, the qualifcation for Athletic trainer is through Master Degree.
So, the position req can be Masters of Athletic Training if the degree was obtained in last 10 years or Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training if the degree was obtained longer then 10 years ago.
