Questions and Answers 1
1. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this?
(like,from India or Canada)
Yes. The solicitation is open globally. Any company may submit proposals for this effort.
2. Whether we need to come over there for meetings?
Most likely no, unless it was a very high dollar project and required that level of coordination. In this case the amount of effort you would need to put for an in-person meeting would not be practical when we have the option of virtual meetings available or teleconferences, especially if it’s not a very large project.
3. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA?
(like, from India or Canada)
Yes. Work would be completed according to your proposal if the government was to accept it. Your proposal would be checked if it satisfies the needs of the performance work statement attached to the solicitation and evaluations criteria. The government is also open to alternative solutions however there is greater risk the customer may not accept if they are unsure of the approach provided especially if it no longer is in line with the evaluation criteria. Specifically, for this service I believe the customer desires in person services.
4. Can we submit the proposals via email?
Yes. Submission via e-mail is preferred.
