The roof’s pitch is est. 10°. The exact measures, including roof pitch, shall be determined by the contractor on site. The offered drive-through facility shall be installed and mounted by experienced personnel of 52 CES after delivery by the contractor.

The steel structure shall be made as bolted structure, ready for installation, consisting of 4 ea frame structures including bracings, profiled steels with welded on mounting plates, anchor plates, the required wind bracing, purlins and small iron parts.

Steel profiles of steel grade S 235. Welding work conforming to DIN 18800-7 and/or to the European standards DIN EN 1090, Part 1 and Part 2. Butt joint and/or bolted connections shall be made including all drilling work for bolted connections and/or anchors. End plate connections resistant to bending, conforming to DASt-directive, with high- grade machine screws , high strength friction grip fastening (HV/HSFG) conforming to DIN 6914-16 (10.9) , bearing-type connection. Screws conforming to DIN 7990 (4.6). All steel parts shall be hot-dip galvanized conforming to DIN EN ISO 1461 with additional surface treatment by sweep blasting.

The roof is designed as double-pitched roof. Roofing with PUR sandwich roof elements of steel DIN 18807according to statistical requirements, galvanized and coated, element thickness 75 mm. Thickness of sheet metal may not come below the following nominal values: outer shell 0.5 mm and inner shell 0.4 mm, upper side corrosion protection class III, bottom side corrosion protection class II DIN 55928. Surface/color hue ´RAL 8014 sepia brown´ and/or shall match the existing buildings. Snow accumulation shall be considered when connecting the roof to the existing halls. The roof gutters shall be overlapping with the existing halls. Both gable sides shall be covered with trapezoidal sheet metal from a height of 4 m upward. Roofing including all connection profiles to the existing halls, eaves and verge profiles, to match the cover of steel DIN 18807, galvanized and coated, including all required fastening devices, such as screws, sealing strips for longitudinal joints, etc.

Roof shall be drained via half-round bracket-mounted roof gutters DIN EN 612, horizontal, of alloyed zinc DIN EN 988 (titanium zinc), thickness 0.7 mm, pre-weathered, half-round on eaves of roof structure, including gutter hanger, gutter end pieces, downspout connector, Indian rubber as expansion compensator and an eaves flashing which is dressed into a gutter, acting as flashing. Downspouts DIN EN 612 shall be provided, round, made of alloyed zinc DIN EN 988 (titanium zinc), thickness 0.7 mm, pre-weathered, longitudinal seam formation shall be soldered, downspout fastening devices made of rustproof steel, on steel girder with a pipe bracket distance of 2 m. Rain standpipes made of cast iron, round, length 1 m and standpipe caps of titanium zinc. Connection to sewer shall be provided on the part of the building site.

Delivery of the specified drive-through steel facility shall include all required construction and small iron parts. Furthermore, the contractor shall submit an auditable static calculation, foundation reinforcement and performance plans, and installation plans within 15 workdays after receipt of order. The snow load for the Spangdahlem region shall be taken into consideration and the admissible foundation pressure is assumed to be 200.00 KN/m².

Manufacture of the hall and corresponding static calculation IAW the applicable German policies, standards and regulations and/or European equivalents.
