Text version
Exchanges received for ER Physician requirement.
1.) Question: Incumbent name and contract number?
Answer: There is no incumbent for this contract.
2.) Question: Anticipated contract type?
Answer: FFP
3.) Question: Can Independent Government Estimate be provided?
Answer: This information cannot be disclosed at this stage of the procurement process.
4.) Question: Who is the program manager?
Answer: All correspondence may go through the contracting (CONS) office, of which your primary POC is listed on this public posting.
5.) Question: Please clarify if proposals are due at 12:00AM or 8:00AM?
Answer: The time difference was supposed to account for FBO's stating Eastern time versus the solicitation's stating "local time". However the hour difference is off. UK Local time is final. This will be publically clarified.
6.) Question: Would you be willing to clarify if the medical requirements coming out of your office have a duration of only a couple of years because there are plans to acquire these efforts in the future via an overseas contracting vehicle handled by the medical commodity council?
Answer: Duration is related to funding type and not organizational realignment in the foreseeable future.
7.) Question: Would you consider sole sourcing this to a service-disabled, veteran owned, small business, 8(a)?
Answer: Overseas contracting does not mandate this type of allocation.
