About this file

This document appears to be a set of questions related to a federal contract opportunity for BlueBird vehicle parts. The key details are:

The contract opportunity is for BlueBird vehicle parts, solicitation number FA527024QA076, which is a total small business set-aside. The contracting agency is the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces. The parts required include a specific compressor assembly part number, as well as other part numbers referenced in the BlueBird manual. The shipping destination is a DLA Distribution warehouse in Tracy, California. The document does not appear to be a Performance Work Statement, Statement of Objectives, or other solicitation document, but rather a set of clarifying questions about the required parts and sourcing.

BlueBird Vehicle Parts FA527024QA076

1. What a/c system they have examples (ThermoKing, Transarctic etc.). COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY, A/C PN: OMEGA# 20-47240 is not a Blue Bird part.

The mechanics just came and spoke to me. They said they believe the unit is blue bird and would like to clarify their request. Part number 00091182 is a complete assembly. Therefore, if we are able to purchase Bluebird PN: 0091182 there is no need for part numbers 0091870, 0091871, 0091880, 00102394.

As it stands they said these are part numbers directly from the Bluebird manual, so the vendor should be sourcing as such.

2. Can you please verify the shipping destination? The Vehicle parts will be shipped to Tracy California:
