QUESTIONS & ANSWERS RFQ: FA527021Q0001

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 09 Nov 2020 For

Solicitation Number: FA527021Q0001 Pump Out Service for Sewer Septic Tank and Manholes for Army Installation, Okinawa Japan

1. In regards to previously submitted question #8, when comparing the size of the septic tanks in Appendix C, we believe the unit of measure should remain as liters, not kiloliters. As listed in Appendix B, a septic tank size of 4,000 Kiloliters would be 4,000,000 liters. (4,000 liters is roughly 1,000 gallons, so 4,000 kiloliters would be over 1,000,000 gallons). Please verify these sizes to allow us to submit a correct cost estimate.

Answer: The Correct Unit of Issue is Liters. The PWS, PWS-Appendix B and Price Exhibit have been revised.
