About this file
This document is a Response to Questions for federal contract opportunity FA524026Q0026, which solicits 506 EARS Towable Passenger Stairs for delivery to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.
The revised delivery schedule has been extended to 150 calendar days from date of award (previously 90 days), with delivery terms established as FOB Destination to Hangar 5, Building 18103. The solicitation utilizes two contract line items: CLIN 0001 for equipment costs and CLIN 0002 for all shipping and delivery costs to the specified location. The equipment must be compatible with KC135 aircraft and meet or exceed minimum salient characteristics with an operational height range of 88 to 161 inches. Quotes must be emailed to lauren_renee.reyes.2@us.af.mil and june.borja@us.af.mil no later than 1:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time on 30 July 2026, with .zip files prohibited. The end item must comply with the Buy American statute, and submission of a quote implies compliance with hexavalent chromium prohibitions. A one-year standard commercial warranty is required. Quote content should include completed SF 1449 (blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30), a priced CLIN schedule, and technical literature demonstrating compliance with specifications, as detailed in the addendum to RFO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror.
