About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the replacement of scoreboards at Andersen Air Force Base (AFB) in Guam, specifically for the football and softball fields. The project requires the contractor to remove and dispose of existing 23'-25' x 8' football and 14'-15' x 6'6' softball scoreboards, and install new scoreboards at Buildings B10026A and B21024. Key requirements include ensuring power connections, wireless controller compatibility, and troubleshooting wiring/connections. The contractor must coordinate with FSS/CES representatives to minimize business disruption and properly dispose of debris at an approved off-base location.
The SOW outlines specific operational and security guidelines for the project. Normal work hours are 0730-1630, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Contractor personnel must obtain proper identification, comply with base traffic regulations, and adhere to strict security protocols, including prohibitions on weapons and cell phone use while driving. The point of contact is MSgt Elizabeth Townsend, and the contractor will be responsible for any damages resulting from improper installation or maintenance. Emergency medical transportation will be provided by the government, with the contractor reimbursing associated costs.
