Attachment 3 – Questions and Answers for Solicitation FA524025QM107 NOTE: This attachment includes inquiries and subsequent Government for solicitation FA524025QM107. Government responses herein function as a supplement and will be considered when evaluating offers for technical acceptability. Government responses are formatted in red font and bold

1. Question: what version software is the 554 RHS using?

Government Response: We are currently utilizing AutoCAD 2023 Version.

2. Question: Does the 554 RHS want or require this to be 7 straight days? Also are those days the only days we can provide training, or do they have flexibility based on the instructor’s availability?

Government Response: We would like the training to be the 7 straight days. We have some flexibility with our dates but would want the 24 March – 31 March if possible.

3. Question: Does the instructor need to be a civil engineer? Our instructor is an expert with the software, but isn’t a civil engineer by trade, so won’t be familiar with taking measurements etc.

Government Response: The instructor does not need to be a Civil Engineer. We will require an expert that can manipulate GPS survey data that has been collected in the field.

4. Question: Can the instructor be a Canadian Citizen?

Government Response: The instructor can be a Canadian Citizen, however obtaining visitors pass will take longer (5-7 days depending on back log with Security Forces) and will need to be accomplished prior to arrival.
