Government responses are formatted in red font and bold.

1. "Can you confirm whether the government requires solar lighting in all units, or are alternative lighting options acceptable?

Depends on what is considered “alternative” – solar was requested to minimize additional power load on generators.

2. Can the government confirm if there are specific brands or models of portable toilets that are preferred or prohibited?

Not a brand name solicitation.

3. Are there restrictions or requirements on the materials used for the toilet units, such as weatherproofing or durability standards?

Not a brand name solicitation.

4. Can you clarify the process and timeline for coordination of deliveries with the designated POCs?

Please refer to Item No. 5, Shipping and Delivery Information: January 31, 2025. Also, Attachment 1 – SOW: Item No. 1.2 – “…fully operational and turned over for government occupancy,”

5. Is there any flexibility in the service schedule, or must it strictly be three times per week?

Due to the personnel load and passenger movements, it must be three times a week with option for additional if needed.

6. For emergency demobilization requirements, will the government provide storage or guidance on remobilization timing?

No extended storage will be provided; timing would be as per the SOW.
