About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for a 4-channel programmable bi-directional RF over Fiber (RFoF) link system for Yokota Air Base. The system must support radio connections within a 3 MHz to 1.215 GHz frequency range and be delivered within 3-4 months of contract award. Key technical specifications include 8-channel CWDM optical aggregation, 20W maximum RF input power, -82 ± 3 dB nominal link gain, and compatibility with 110/220 VAC power supplies.
The contractor must provide comprehensive documentation including assembly instructions, warranty details, user manuals, and integration guidelines. Additional requirements include remote management via TCP/IP, independently configurable RF channels, and compliance with safety standards like EN60950-1:2006 and FCC CFR-47 Part 15 Subpart B. The deliverables will include the fully operational RFoF link system, complete documentation package, warranty information, and verification of compliance through test reports. A standard one-year warranty covering parts and labor with remote support within 72 hours is also specified.
