About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for natural gas services at Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. The amendment removes requirements for an emergency response plan and security plan from the contractor's scope of work. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide natural gas 24/7 to a cogeneration plant at Yokosuka Naval Base via a gas pipeline. The contractor must coordinate with the general gas pipeline service provider and conduct inspections on the approximately 100-meter US government-owned gas line from the base boundary to the facility connection point according to Japanese law. Interested offerors must attend a pre-proposal conference on December 15, 2023 at 1000 hours and submit any questions by December 6, 2023 at 1100 hours to the listed points of contact. The Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces is the issuing agency.
