Question: 1. Is there incumbent in place?

2. Is there a contract in place?

3. Can each position be sub-contracted out?

Answer: We have incumbent contract(s). However, please allow us to refrain the disclosure of the incumbent contract information as the disclosure of a contractor’s bid or proposal information is prohibited by law. For the current contracting opportunity, the Government has issued solicitations FA520924Q0037 and FA520924Q0040 respectively. Any contractor that may be interested in the current contracting opportunity must comply with the solicitation requirement.

The prime contractor is responsible for all terms and conditions in the contract and each position can be sub-contracted out as long as the prime contractor ensures that all positions will be in place by the performance start date.
