STATEMENT OF WORK FOR

REQUIREMENT TITLE

2. DELIVERABLES (CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBER, CLIN)

Option CLIN deliverables follow the same delivery schedule established for the base period.

2.1. First Deliverable: Project Proposal (CLIN 0001/1001/2001/3001/4001/5001) Comment by PARKER, ARIEL N 1st Lt USAF PACAF 374 CONS/PKS: This is the CLIN option numbering system. Include the CLIN numbering as needed to account for options.

2.2. Second Deliverable: Interim Report (CLIN 0002/1002/2002/3002/4002/5002)

2.3. Third Deliverable: Final Report (CLIN 0003/1003/2003/3003/4003/5003)

3. PAYMENTS

After ITC IPAC’s acceptance of the respective deliverables corresponding to each CLIN, the contractor shall submit the associated invoices to ITC IPAC. Payment will be made upon ITC IPAC’s certification of the invoice.

4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY

None

5. GENERAL INFORMATION/OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

5.1. Contractor Employees

Contractor shall not hire employees of the United States Government and/or employees otherwise under contract for service to the United States Government if employing such persons would create a conflict of interest, or appearance of a conflict of interest as determined by the Contracting Officer. Contractor shall not employ any person who is an employee of DoD, unless such person seeks and receives approval according to DODD 5500.7, Standards of Conduct.

5.2. Publication Review

All research findings funded by the U.S. Government under this statement of work that are to be publicly released, (e.g., draft publication and conference presentation/proceedings) must be coordinated.
