1. As the delivery location is a base in Japan is it okay for products to originate in countries other than the U.S.? i.e. China or possibly Japan to cut down on transport costs.
All products must be in compliance with FAR 52.225-5 Trade Agreements included in the solicitation.
All products must be in compliance with DFARS 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements included in the solicitation.
2. For CH3COOK, in the requirements it mentions being no less than 45% potassium acetate. Is it okay for it to be more - 60%?
Yes 60% is okay. As stated in the solicitation the requirement for Potassium Acetate is to be no less than 45%.
3. What is the general timeline for receiving payment for these orders?
Generally, payment is provided within 30 days after inspection and acceptance of the delivery of products.
4. Do you generally provide feedback or have multiple bid rounds on these orders?
Award will be made in accordance with the evaluation factors of the solicitation. Updates to the solicitation and potential future award can be found on betaSAM.gov.
