About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing key contract administration matters related to a federal contract opportunity.
The document clarifies three critical areas: delivery schedule, schedule modifications, and payment procedures. The expected delivery date has been revised from September 30, 2026 to on or before May 1, 2027, with this change to be reflected in the contract update. If contractors cannot meet the original September 30, 2026 delivery date, they must annotate their quote with a realistic alternative delivery date. Regarding payment terms, contractors need not specify payment methodology in their bid submission. Instead, payments will be processed through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) following product delivery, with detailed invoicing instructions provided in the contract via the WAWF clause. Progress billing arrangements can be negotiated post-award rather than addressed during the bidding phase.
