A: Two (2) L-shaped desks, two (2) wardrobes, two (2) desk chairs, and two (2) credenzas with built in filing cabinets. The customer prefers the filing cabinets to be on each end of the credenza with space for storage in the middle if possible. This furniture should help to enhance the atmosphere of a professional legal setting.

Q: Will overheads be needed for the desk?

A: No, they are not necessary.

Q: Will the desks need to be height-adjustable?

A: This is preferred, and electric is preferred depending on the budget.

Q: Will the room need divided along the middle for the two offices?

A: Yes; it needs to be floor to ceiling.

Q: What are the specifications for the wall?

A: This wall should be a semi-permanent partition style wall and needs to be as soundproofed as possible.

Q: Is it okay to be mounted to the floor/ceiling?

A: Yes.

Q: Will there be any guest chairs needed for the office?

A: No.

For the reception area:

Q: How should the walkway to the waiting area from the entry area be situated?

A: It should mirror the office setup on the other side.

Q: What specifications should the wall partitions meet?

A: They should be roughly 80” tall. They should be fabric with a little slice of glass to give the receptionist visibility of the waiting area. If there is a wing panel at the end, it should be glass. There should be wall partitions on each side of the room and they will need mounted. There should be a space of roughly 54” between the two partitions.

Q: Will the current reception furniture need moved over?

A: No, the legal office will handle moving all current furniture to the proper locations.

Q: Is a transaction counter needed?

A: No.

Q: How will the reception desk be positioned?

A: It will be about 3’ from the wall and extend 6’ further into the room. The left side of the desk will extend 7’ into the room.

Q: Should we use a more substantial 3” thick panel system in A305 for the most rigidity possible?

A: Yes.

Q: Does the wing panel have to match the 80” height of the panel or would it be acceptable to be 50” tall with as much glass as possible?

A: The wing panel should match the 80” height of the panel.
